G\u00fcltepe\u2019de 14 mahallenin kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik haz\u0131rlanan imar planlar\u0131na, ask\u0131da kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre boyunca b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n kolay ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in Toros Sosyal Tesisinde kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm koordinasyon merkezi olu\u015fturuldu. Toros\u2019ta a\u00e7\u0131lan merkez sayesinde G\u00fcltepeliler, mesai saatleri i\u00e7inde gelerek g\u00f6revli teknik ekipten bilgi alabilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde \u015feffafl\u0131k<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toros\u2019taki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm koordinasyon merkezini ziyaret eden Konak Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abd\u00fcl Batur, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde her \u015feyin \u015feffaf bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. \u00d6ncelikle b\u00f6lge muhtarlar\u0131n\u0131n bilgilendirilece\u011fini ifade eden Ba\u015fkan Batur \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cG\u00fcltepe\u2019de ya\u015fayan hem\u015fehrilerimizi, \u00f6zellikle de pandemi d\u00f6neminde ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kan planlar i\u00e7in yormak ve sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 riske atmak istemedik. Bu sebeple \u00f6ncelikle internet ve mobil uygulamay\u0131 devreye soktuk.\u00a0 Vatanda\u015f web sitemize girdi\u011fi anda planlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kacak. Toros Sosyal Tesisimiz ise merkez \u00fcss\u00fcm\u00fcz olacak. Vatanda\u015f buraya gelecek, planlara bakacak, yerini bulacak, varsa itiraz\u0131n\u0131 yapacak. Teknik ekibimiz \u00f6nce muhtarlar\u0131 bilgilendirecek, ask\u0131 s\u00fcresi boyunca da vatanda\u015fa yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcltepe planlar\u0131na teknolojik eri\u015fim kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 hektarl\u0131k bir alan\u0131 kapsayan G\u00fcltepe \u0130mar Planlar\u0131 27.08.2020- 25.09.2020 tarihleri aras\u0131nda ask\u0131da kalacak. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde Konak Belediyesi Et\u00fcd Proje M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc personellerince G\u00fcltepe Toros Sosyal Tesisindeki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm koordinasyon merkezinde, planlar hakk\u0131nda detayl\u0131 bilgilendirme yap\u0131lacak. Planlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, plan kararlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgede olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131 dokuyu ve silueti ortaya koymak \u00fczere haz\u0131rlanan \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu modelleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da sergilenecek.
