AKP iktidar\u0131nda bas\u0131n ve ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde uluslararas\u0131 alanda her y\u0131l geriye gidildi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Sertel, \u201cGazeteciler i\u015fsiz. Gazeteciler tutuklu. Gazeteciler a\u011f\u0131r bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda. Bundan tam 60 y\u0131l \u00f6nce 10 Ocak 1961\u2019de y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren 212 Say\u0131l\u0131 Yasa, gazetecilere k\u0131dem hakk\u0131, gazetelerin kapanmas\u0131 durumunda tazminat \u00f6denmesi, istifa eden gazeteciye k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 verilmesi, maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015fin \u00f6denmesi, gece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara haftada iki g\u00fcn izin hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmas\u0131, kar eden gazetelerin gazetecilere her y\u0131l bir maa\u015f ikramiye vermesi, maa\u015f \u00f6demelerinin gecikmesinde her g\u00fcn i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 5 faiz uygulanmas\u0131 gibi pek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli haklar sa\u011flad\u0131. Ama ne yaz\u0131k ki geriye bu haklardan hi\u00e7biri kalmad\u0131\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00dcCADELE G\u00dcN\u00dc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gazetecilerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015famaz, i\u015fini yapamaz noktaya getirildi\u011fini vurgulayan Sertel, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGazetecilik mesle\u011findeki i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 30\u2019a kadar y\u00fckseldi. \u0130leti\u015fim fak\u00fcltelerinden mezun olan binlerce gen\u00e7 daha meslekle tan\u0131\u015famadan i\u015fsizlikle tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 gazetecilik mesle\u011fine verenler birer iki\u015fer i\u015ften at\u0131ld\u0131. Halen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilen gazetecilerin ise y\u0131pranma haklar\u0131 ellerinden al\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130ktidar\u0131 ele\u015ftirenler, ger\u00e7ekleri haberle\u015ftirenler de cezaevine yolland\u0131. A\u011f\u0131r ekonomik ko\u015fullarda bas\u0131n kurulu\u015flar\u0131na ve gazetecilere hi\u00e7bir yard\u0131m yap\u0131lmad\u0131. Y\u00fczlerce gazete, onlarca televizyon kap\u0131s\u0131na kilit vurdu. Bask\u0131lar bazen \u00f6ylesine artt\u0131 ki Olay TV \u00f6rne\u011finde oldu\u011fu gibi a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r a\u00e7\u0131lmaz kapanmak zorunda kal\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>70 tutuklu gazeteci ile halen en \u00e7ok gazetecinin tutuklu oldu\u011fu \u00fclkelerden biriyiz. Uluslararas\u0131 bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada 154\u2019inci s\u0131ralara demir att\u0131k. Sosyal medya arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla hakaret iddialar\u0131yla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131lan davalar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 rekor d\u00fczeye y\u00fckseldi. Gazeteci ve yazarlara yaz\u0131 ve haberleri nedeniyle y\u00fczlerce yeni dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130ktidarla ilgili ele\u015ftirel haberlere an\u0131nda yay\u0131n yasa\u011f\u0131 getirildi. Bas\u0131n \u0130lan Kurumu arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla muhalif g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri gazetelere, RT\u00dcK arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla da televizyonlara ceza \u00fczerine ceza kesildi. K\u0131sacas\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6zg\u00fcr bas\u0131n ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan gazeteci nam\u0131na bir \u015fey b\u0131rak\u0131lmad\u0131.\u00a0 B\u00f6yle bir ortamda \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Gazeteciler G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nden s\u00f6z etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc? Elbette de\u011fil.
