Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y 26. \u0130\u015f Mahkemesi, i\u015ften at\u0131lan Merih Bayraktar, Mecit Demir ve Necdet Erence\u2019nin TGS\u2019ye \u00fcye olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015ften at\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131na karar vererek, i\u015fe iadelerine, i\u015fsiz kald\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcre i\u00e7in 4 maa\u015f ve 12 br\u00fct maa\u015f tutar\u0131nda sendikal tazminat \u00f6denmesine karar verdi.<\/p>\n
TGS, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda S\u00f6zc\u00fc y\u00f6netiminin sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeyi engellemek i\u00e7in 3 \u00fcyesinin i\u015ften at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, onlarca \u00fcyesinin zorla istifa ettirildi\u011fini ilan etmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n
TGS, o d\u00f6nem yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi: \u201cS\u00f6zc\u00fc gazetesi y\u00f6neticileri, lafa gelince \u00fclkede hukuku, demokrasiyi, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri savunuyor. Bir\u00e7ok yazar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131, hatta sahibi hukuksuz bir \u015fekilde yarg\u0131lanan ve bu nedenle sendikam\u0131zdan her d\u00f6nemde dayan\u0131\u015fma g\u00f6ren S\u00f6zc\u00fc y\u00f6netimi kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n anayasal hakk\u0131n\u0131 yok say\u0131yor. Anayasay\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyen, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara sendikadan istifa etme bask\u0131s\u0131 yapan bu y\u00f6neticiler bir an \u00f6nce mevcut tutumlar\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7melidir.
