Hurda Ara\u00e7 Merkezi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de belediyeye ait ilk hurda otopark\u0131 olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi kent genelinde trafik ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen, \u00f6zellikle okul \u00e7evrelerinde g\u00fcvenlik sorunu yaratan, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc ve \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fine neden olan ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in iki y\u0131l \u00f6nce kurdu\u011fu Hurda Ara\u00e7 Merkezi ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00f6rnek oluyor. Bug\u00fcne kadar 459 hurda ara\u00e7 toplanarak merkeze \u00e7ekildi. Menemen il\u00e7esinin Kas\u0131mpa\u015fa Mahallesi&#8217;ndeki 880 ara\u00e7 kapasiteli otopark, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de belediyeye ait ilk hurda otopark\u0131 olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">6 ay sonunda ekonomiye kazand\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8217;nin 122. Maddesi\u2019ne istinaden hurda niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan ara\u00e7lar, il\u00e7e belediyelerince yerinde tespit edildikten sonra T\u00fcrkiye Noterler Birli\u011fi bu ara\u00e7lar\u0131n sahiplik bilgilerini belirliyor. Ard\u0131ndan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yedi g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sahiplerine duyuru yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Belirlenen s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde kald\u0131r\u0131lmayan ara\u00e7lar, Zab\u0131ta Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekiplerince, Menemen\u2019deki 13 bin 774 metrekarelik Hurda Ara\u00e7 Merkezi\u2019ne g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Ara\u00e7lar 6 ay bu merkezde tutuluyor. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde ara\u00e7 sahipleri \u0130zmir Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u015fvuru yaparak Trafik Denetleme \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden alacaklar\u0131 bir belge ile ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 alabiliyor. 6 ay\u0131n sonunda \u00e7ekilmeyen ara\u00e7lar Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla Makine Kimya End\u00fcstrisi\u2019ne g\u00f6nderilerek ekonomiye kazand\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.
