Gaziemir Aktepe-Emrez Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Alan\u0131\u2019nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z birimi kapsayan birinci etap i\u00e7in B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir i\u015ftiraki \u0130ZBETON ile protokol imzalanarak yap\u0131ma y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tun\u00e7 Soyer, \u0130zmir\u2019deki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00f6rnek olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u201cEkonomik krize ra\u011fmen s\u00f6z verdi\u011fimiz gibi kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine h\u0131z kazand\u0131rd\u0131k. Gaziemir\u2019de bir yandan hak sahipleri ile uzla\u015fma g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri devam ederken bir yandan da uzla\u015fma sa\u011flanan hak sahipleri i\u00e7in B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir m\u00fclkiyetindeki birinci ve ikinci etapta konutlar\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131 ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olacak\u201d dedi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

10 bin konut, i\u015fyeri, turizm ve ticaret birimi in\u015fa edilecek <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

122 hektar b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki proje tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda b\u00f6lgede yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 bin konut, i\u015fyeri, turizm ve ticaret birimi in\u015fa edilecek. Fuar \u0130zmir\u2019in kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki b\u00f6lge bu sayede kentle uyumlu hale getirilecek.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Aktepe-Emrez\u2019deki proje alan\u0131n\u0131, dere \u00e7evresi ye\u015fil alan olarak planlad\u0131. Bu alanlar, y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ve bisiklet parkurlar\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131k spor alanlar\u0131 gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli aktivitelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na uygun olarak d\u00fczenlenecek. Proje ile k\u00fclt\u00fcr tesisi, sa\u011fl\u0131k tesisi, belediye hizmet alan\u0131 gibi alanlar art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n eri\u015filebilir olmas\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131. Yayalar\u0131n rahatl\u0131kla kullanabilece\u011fi ve ticari aktivitenin de yo\u011fun olaca\u011f\u0131 bir yaya aks\u0131 belirlendi. Altan Ayd\u0131n Caddesi, yine ticari faaliyetlerin yo\u011fun olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, konut alt\u0131 ticari birimlerin yer alaca\u011f\u0131 ana ticaret aks\u0131 olarak planland\u0131.
