Vatanda\u015flar, talep ve \u00f6nerilerini, ister arayarak, ister yazarak, tek numaradan belediyeye aktarabilecek. Vatanda\u015flar bu numaray\u0131 ister arayarak, isterse WhatsApp\u2019tan yazarak sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arayabilecek.
