Me\u015frutiyetin ilan\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u00e7\u0131kan gazeteler, sans\u00fcre kar\u015f\u0131 durarak bu \u00f6zel g\u00fcn\u00fc meydana getirdiler. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bug\u00fcn 1971 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana da \u201cBas\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile M\u00fccadele G\u00fcn\u00fc\u201d olarak kutlan\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc karnesine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise d\u00fcnyada \u00e7ok gerilerde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Demokrasinin teminat\u0131 olan bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc konusunda \u00f6zellikle AK Parti iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde s\u00fcrekli geriye gidi\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131. \u00d6zg\u00fcr ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bas\u0131ndan adeta nefret eden \u0130ktidar kendi medyas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015ftururken, farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin, muhalif sesleri de k\u0131smak i\u00e7in her yolu denedi. Bas\u0131n\u0131n tekelle\u015fti\u011fi, muhalif bas\u0131n\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bask\u0131 y\u00f6ntemi kullan\u0131larak g\u00f6revini yapamaz hale geldi\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemi ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ama CHP olarak bug\u00fcne kadar oldu\u011fu gibi bundan sonra da \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z medya m\u00fccadelemiz s\u00fcrecek. Cezaevlerinde gazetecilerin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bas\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flerini hi\u00e7bir bask\u0131 olmadan rahat\u00e7a yapabilecekleri bir T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi in\u015fa etmeye geliyoruz.
